Great Xmas Crowds

Racing Review

Wyndspelle got his deserved Group 1 victory after numerous placings Shadows Cast Brave 2nd hot favourite Supera didn't fire at all was not on her Best behaviour pre race. At Ellerslie The Bonecrusher Stakes was won by Riodini easily unbeaten in 4 starts to date. Nigel Tiley trains him be aimed at the Auckland Guineas on New Year's Day not sure be a Derby hope. 

Headlines

It's been tough Spring for the Breeding season with Roaring Lion dying because of Colic a fantastic Galloper from the UK and losing Sacred Falls at the Weekend to a rare liver disease. Won two Doncasters George Main and 2000 Guineas and his Hawkes Bay  Guineas was awesome knuckled over at the start looping the field and win going away.

Raceform

During the Week I read that Raceform New Zealand be unveiled in Early December. Early in the year The Informant sadly ended. I write that this a real shame and New Zealand Racing needed a publication TAB have been working hard behind the Scenes to get it going. 

It will replaced the Best Bets and be a liftout Form Guide and Racing News Breeding Dennis Ryan is The Editor and he did The Informant too. I believe will be great to buy for the Festive racing season and beyond.
